The company's unique custom fitting kit empowers hair wearers to take their own measurements at home and send them back to Hair Direct for fitting and design. The custom fitting kit is sent in the mail and requires hair wearers to complete three steps in about 30 minutes. The first step is an order form used to collect personal information regarding hair color and density, balding area and other specific measurements.
The next step features the company\'s patent-pending CAST mold system for hair replacement. Simply utilize it to measure exact head size and contour as well as pattern baldness.
Finally, by choosing from extensive hair samples, material swatches, front hair line guide and wave/curl patterns, hair wearers can specify the exact hair system they want.
